Jamie,

This error is very similar to what I was getting when I had version the version after the IE update. I am not sure what is going on, but I cannot load LiveResponse.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, uninstalling - rebooting - then reinstalling, I even removed the Application Data a few times to see if it was a corrupt file that kept giving me issues, but no luck.

Keep in mind I am running a CVS build of Kayako, will that have an effect (since I need the WHMCS integration)?

Here is a screenshot of what exactly happens right after I load and the error it gives me. This screenshot is taken right after a reinstall and reboot.

Not sure what to do here, but this is a serious problem.

Hi all,

We will be uploading a fixed build shortly. The problem has been identified; the fix for the IE7 update that was added to .48 slipped out of build .50.

Guys,

I apologize for the problems you have been experiencing. Working to get a stable build out so quickly after a major issue like the IE bug is difficult, since we were in the middle of development. I hope you understand and can bear with us. We're doing everything we can to resolve these problems.

I have created yet another build (3.1.1.55) that should fix the crash bug you have been having, and hopefully the connection issues. If you can, please try it as soon as possible.

Thank you!

Everything seems fine to me for the most apart, At least I can have LiveResponse open now , so that is progress.

I think the reply he posted was a reply to a support ticket he would have created.
