This has happened to me twice in the past 2 days.

The first time was a chat with a real person. The second time was when nothing was

The message that came through is:
uncompressed;0;6bb61e3b7bce0931da574d19d1d82c88;0; 2;-1

I saw where this is coming from in "functions_winapp.php" but can't figure out why. Any ideas?

"-1" (at the end of that response from the server) is "Session Expired." Please search the forums for session expired threads and if you cannot find a solution to your particular problem, please open a support ticket.

Maybe you could make the error message say session expired instead of the code?

Totally agree with this, error messages should be in plain English.
