When I try to use the live chat button on a SSL page I get a warning. Is there any way to configure it to work with SSL? Thanks |

the javascript file that the button uses must also come from an HTTPS source, or you will get a warning about "secure and unsecure items" -------------------------------------------------------------------

I cant get it to work in IE7. It works in Firefox by adding an S to the http, but its still not working in IE7. Am I missing something? |

did you check that the javascript itself doesn't reference any extenal files from http? -------------------------------------------------------------------

Yes we set https in the live support javascript include. It does not work. Let us know where it sets the image file. |
