Hi, Does anybody know what is causing a canned response on live chat to loose any carriage returns / line feeds on the client side. IE: We have many canned responses that we have setup where they are multi line responses. When they are selected, they display as multi line on the support chat window, but they loose any carriage returns / line feeds when displayed on the clients chat window. Why ? Something is stripping these out from the response ! Anybody else encounter this problem, or have a solution. GarryH |
