Live Response does not show customer replies - 07-03-2008, 04:39 PM

I am using Live Response 3.1.1.36 on my XP desktop. I am experiencing an issue where, after the first few exchanges, my customer's replies no longer show up in the Live Response window. However, if I go to Chat History, they appear there. The customer can see my responses, just not me theirs. In almost every session at some point the customer's responses will drop out.

Try http://hotfix.kayako.com/download/lr....56-STABLE.exe

Also, what version of the PHP core software are you running (see the login page for the staff or admin control panels).

craig, I am using the hosted support suite. Is this hot fix for the support suite (in which case I cant use it) or just for the Live Response client software?

I see its a new Live Response version, and I am installing it. This raises an issue for me- how am I supposed to know when one is released, without reading this boards every day? No email or newsletter is sent, no flags in my account appear, I dont even know what url to check for downloads.

Kayako will soon be releasing an update checker tool.

The downloads can be seen on Kayako Software Downloads

New stable releases of SupportSuite / LiveResponse usually accompany new releases of the client software. I apologize for the lack of notification; I will try and send out an email for each new stable release in the future.
