Hi

Live response dont work with windows vista, client text dont show.

after sending this i got a live chat request and it worked.

seems to only be if both parties are on windows vista.

Also soon it is connected for so long it disconnects and gives http time out errors.

Vista is still in beta. Although this problem existed in supportsuite for a long time, not surprised that its happening in vista.

yes but now the public beta is out (beta 2) and freely available on microsoft.com maybe it should be made to work.

I will be investigating this issue. I've had Beta 2 installed for a long time, and I only tested LR briefly and it seemed to work at the time. I'll begin testing it more thoroughly.

You said it only fails if both parties are on Vista -- when it does work, I am assuming you mean the client is on XP or otherwise?

Hi

i found if both clients are on Vista then the admin does not see any messages.

if user on other OS eg XP, **Sometimes** i see the text of the user, but eventually it stops, and i have to have chat status open on the main window, as it shows in there.
