Live response failes to go online - 05-07-2006, 09:37 AM

We have successfull deployed the live response addin on several maschines, but on one specific we cannot get it to work.

The user gets the following error:

An error occurred while attempting to communicate with the server:
Authentication has failed!
Error: <No extended error information available>
An error occurred while attempting to communicate with the server:

When using her login information on another maschine their is no problem. We have disabled the firewall, but this did not resolve the issue.

We are using the latest version of the application.

What version of Windows does this computer run? What version of Internet Explorer?

This is Windows XP sp2 - IE 6 - the maschine is fully patched

Ah, sorry I overlooked your error message. Authentication failure means that either the user name or password are incorrect. Check that you have entered a valid Staff user name as well as the correct password for that user.

Remember that user names and passwords are CaSe SenSiTive.

Thanks Ryan, this one is solved. - The user where not paying attention to the Case Sensitive.
