Suggestions to fix this are :- 1. Get the latest version (http://hotfix.kayako.com/latest.php?...ildtype=stable) of the Windows application. 2. Update the "core php software" to the latest version -> http://members.kayako.net 3. Backup your templates and restore them to the default version (Admin CP -> Templates).
