Try doing the following to see if it fixes it at each step. 1. Install the latest version of the WinApp from Kayako Software Downloads 2. Upgrade your Kayako core PHP software from http://members.kayako.net 3. Back up your live support templates in Admin CP -> Templates and then restore them to the default.
