The transparent proxy should not be causing a problem; otherwise we would have a lot of unhappy customers. Again, the problem will most likely be down to Squid.

Almost there, turns out that if I populate the Proxy settings (relating to the ISP) in Live Response, then I can communicate with the web server.

However, when someone wants to chat, I get the following screen (refer file attachment).

Hi ddixon,

I am afraid there is nothing we can do or suggest at our end.

The problem is most probably with your web server, as I said before. You are welcome to submit a support ticket and see if one of our technicians can diagnose exactly what is preventing your connection.
