| New Member Posts: 15 Join Date: Mar 2007 | Hi, Relatively new to Support Suite and was wondering if anyone out there could help with an issue. No probs with Support Suite, running V3.04.10 with Live Response V3.0.4.9, no problems with that either. However, I installed LiveResponse V3.1.1.24 so i could test out the SIP VoiP functionality. When entering my domain http://support.domain.com and user name and password it comes up with authentication failed, but it is exactly the same as i used for the older vesion. I put the admin user name and password in to test that and it goes straight in. I'm confused. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Brgds Charlie |

Hi Charlie, This may be fixed by you upgrading to the latest stable SupportSuite release (including the latest applications). The latest stable is currently at version 3.10.02. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi Charlie, Have you updated your client application to the latest version as well (http://hotfix.kayako.com)? -------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi Charlie, I will ask the client application developers about this for you. That message you receive is indeed just a warning, and I do not think anything is not going to work because of whatever reason it may be reporting it. -------------------------------------------------------------------

This is as-designed, and it does this for the case when someone might try to use a LiveResponse packaged for an older server version on a newer server, in which case they would experience some problems. -------------------------------------------------------------------
