Unhappy Live Support Chat kicking me into Leave a Message - 22-08-2006, 05:54 PM

I just upgraded to Support Suite 3.00.90. I have loaded the winapp on my computer and am able to login with the result being that the "Live Support Offline" turns to "Live Support Online". I have a co-worker go to the Support page and I'm able to see him on the WinApp. He clicks on the "Live Support Online' graphic and I get the box requesting the basics that says "Please enter the required information below to request Live Support.". I fill it out and hit submit.. then pops up the "Leave a message" box rather than the expected Chat box. Any idea why it's doing this??

Fixed it - 22-08-2006, 08:22 PM

Ryan, I was able to figure it out. I had not assigned my new Live Support Department to the staff person who was logging in via the WinApp. Looks good now. Thanks so much for your prompt offer for help.
