Hello.. i just bought from steve ad https://www.digital-mayham.com this addon. Here´s my question: I have now a small roadmap, how i want to setup the kayako for my client, departments, etc. How many agents can use this addon simultaneously. Is there a limit to this. The idea is to setup 3 workgroups across spain, valencia, barcelona and madrid. I am thinking that a maximum of 4 people would be using it, to start of with.. can anyone clarify this for me, please?
