Our company had a previous version of Livereponse that allowed us to place a button on our website for clients to chat with our support technicians. Unfortunately, the person who initially set this up is no longer with the company, and I'm unsure as to how I put the button for the new version on our website. We're using 3.11.0 Does anyone have any ideas on this? Any help would be greatly appreciated... Chris Kuenzel MediNotes Corporation |
