Liveresponse disconnect when open in other PC

I install Liveresponse in two of my PCs with different user and password. The fisrt login without problem but when log in the second the 1st logout.

any idea to resolve this

Does it show an error on the other one? If so, please post what it says.

Also, are you both using the same public IP?

If both computers are on the same network using the same public IP address you will need to open /config/config.php

Find

$_SWIFT["disablesessionipcheck"] = false;

Change to

$_SWIFT["disablesessionipcheck"] = true;
