Hi Wsani; What version of Support Suite are you running, and what version of LiveResponse (Help > About)? Problems with the live chat functionality and IE7 were recently fixed in some CVS updates - particulary when the whole process of live chat was ported to AJAX (rather than refreshes). Despite not being marked as "stable", the CVS releases tend not to fall apart. See the "Builds" tab of your members area. -------------------------------------------------------------------

I would recommend this to fix the problems you are having. Don't forget to upgrade your LiveResponse Win App as well.
