LiveResponse: Forced chat.. does it work? - 31-10-2006, 06:55 PM

I'm ready to buy another owned version of liveresponse.. in an older client we have there was some problems breaking into forced chat with users.. IE7 wasn't having it (but, IE7 popped up the request a chat window no problem).. anyways, we are looking for a fool proof method to break into forced chat with a user.. is the newest build of LiveResponse worth the money? will it work on IE7 with a popup blocker on? Please, anyones comments on the matter is appreciated.
