I have installed LiveResponse winapp but am unable to get it to connect to the system. I have tried http://domain.com/support and http://domain.com/support/liveresponse. also, when I log into the StaffCP and also log into LiveResponse, the chat and tracking do not seem to be detected. I have installed the code onto my Joomla theme. I also tried the code on a plain .html file and it didn't work either. I must be missing some setting somewhere but have been unable to figure it out. any thoughts? thanks! |

well put http://yourdomain.com/support/ make sure you put the trailing slash... Joomla is that sort of like PHP-Nuke? |
