Anyone to look into ticket #ZUF-319260 ?

We posted a ticket with status emergency several days ago with no support ! Our business is going bad because of this issue !

If you could post a detailed description of your problem someone in here maybe able to help you... Us forums members are unable to look up your support tickets.

1- Liveresponse is looping during a chat conversation. It keeps sending same replies to customer making them crazy.

2- Liveresponse is giving javascript errors on Staff side and sometimes debugger.

3- Liveresponse shows all departements as offline if "Use group departents" is checked

4- Popup "Visitor would like to chat" keeps poping up even if we close it

5- Sometimes Liveresponse is showing 2 chat requests for the same visitor.

6- even if a staff member takes the chat session, the popup alert window keeps appearing.

7- when replying to a ticket and you type a lot of text a javascript popup says: "XMLHttpRequest Open Failed! This can happen if...."
