Not the oldest version, just the previous two (http://hotfix.kayako.com/winapp/Kaya...E-3.1.1.29.exe and http://hotfix.kayako.com/winapp/Kaya...E-3.1.1.28.exe) as this would rule out a compile error.

Oh right. Hopefully Ryan or Roger will look over those logs you posted later on today and know whats causing it anyway.

I'm installing live response on staff's computer, and on one particular computer this exact same thing is happening.

It installs, but when you go to open it, nothing opens.

I've un-installed/re-installed. No dice.

I did notice that, at the end of the installation it hangs for a long time on:
Execute: msiexec /i "C:\Program Files\Kayako\LiveReponse\vcredist.msi* /qn

It sits there for about 3 minutes, then finishes and says it installed successfully. But doesn't work.. Please help.
