Use Kayako style icons (ie ones used in the admin area) for the buttons I say....

Overall interface looks simple and easy to use although you can enhance it with better graphical design.

maybe add a voicemail button that when pressed goes directly to voicemail that way the user doesn't have to remember what to dial to get to voicemail can be confusing me at home I have to dial *123 and go to work its *98

Make sure that the business-critical buttons (off-hook, on-hook, mute, hold etc.) are all available via hot-keys.

I don't want my CSRs to be having to work a mouse just to use the phone.

Andy.

Make it that when you hold down the 1 button it does it like mobiles.
