Our official policy is that we do not support our applications running on operating systems before Windows XP. Microsoft themselves no longer support Windows 2000, and since there are several security- and functionality- related issues with trying to maintain compatibility, there is not enough motivation to put forth the effort to support an 8-year-old operating system. Here is a link describing the lifecycle information for Windows 2000: http://support.microsoft.com/lifecyc...5&y=15&p1=3071 Unless overwhelming demand is shown for support of our applications on Windows 2000, it is unlikely that they will function properly and we cannot troubleshoot any problems that may occur. -------------------------------------------------------------------
