I tested your chat system from here and I was unable to reproduce any messages about the chat session ending or expired. I'll talk with Varun and see what could cause it on your end but not mine. -------------------------------------------------------------------

There was a bug in the system which I have since resolved. The patch has been uploaded to your installation and the commit made to CVS (http://builds.kayako.net) Regards, Varun Shoor -------------------------------------------------------------------
