LiveSupport Chat Error message - 06-09-2006, 11:29 PM

I get the above message every single time i type a message in the chat window of Live Response, but the message i type does go through to the client. But any messages from the client do not come through to Live Response, so its a bit of a one-way chat. The client window doesnt give any errors so they think its working fine (but the messages dont come through to me).
I have tried the client (on a seperate computer) with both Firefox and IE just incase.
One of the Windows Developers at Kayako thought it might be a PHP issue, but he is not responding to my emails now.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I tested your chat system from here and I was unable to reproduce any messages about the chat session ending or expired. I'll talk with Varun and see what could cause it on your end but not mine.

There was a bug in the system which I have since resolved. The patch has been uploaded to your installation and the commit made to CVS (http://builds.kayako.net)
