LiveSupport don't connect to server

Hello,

After a Windows Update my desktop client started crashing.
I've updated to the xx.48-UNSTABLE version as mentioned in the
forum and after LiveResponse runs but is unable to connect to
the server. Copy from the log:

03/04/2008 10:28:33 Trying to log into account "Helpdesk" with status 'Online' with URL: MicroEuropa, Lda - Powered By Kayako SupportSuite
03/04/2008 10:28:48 A communication with the server has failed. Details: Operation timeout
03/04/2008 10:28:48 An error occurred while attempting to communicate with the server (online 00:00:00):

Failed to communicate with server!

Error: Operation timeout

Any ideias?

Tools -> Options -> Network. Check proxy isn't ticked.

Hi,

I've checked the Proxy settings, not set. Still doesn't connect.
