Go to the Admin CP >> Settings >> Server and disable "Compress Winapp Output" then try the chat again. Tell me what appears at the end of that "compressed;" message. I suspect it is "-1" which means "session expired." There are many reasons a session can expire. Yikes. The solution of unticking "Compress Winapp Output" didn't help. Here's the screen shot of what I see: http://i4.tinypic.com/8aw0iab.gif UPDATE: When I turned off all compressed output, its displaying this: uncompressed;0;6bb61e3b7bce0931da574d19d1d82c88;0; 2;-1 So gonna try your session expired solutions now. UPDATE: I installed WinApp on another computer and it's fine now. Hence the session expired solutions are not valid as this isn't a script issue. However the question is: How to fix this error on my primary computer? |
