LiveSupport NO Busy Status - 11-01-2007, 12:11 AM

Is there an actual "Busy" status, when I hit my max number of chat sessions, the status and icon change to "Be Back Shortly," which gives the users who saw that I was online a second earlier the impression that I get up and leave every 10 minutes or so. Is there a way to change this so that when you hit your max number of chat sessions, the status and an icon that says "Busy" or "Full Queue" or anything to keep the customer from thinking that LiveSupport sure takes a lot of breaks?
