LR 3.1.1.31 Stable not showing vistor data - 29-06-2009, 06:55 PM

My server crashed so I had to re-install Live response from scratch. Everything seems to work except that the LiveResponse winapp is not showing visitor data but only from 3 ppl but I have quite a few analysts who are chatting but it is not showing me the status. I only use Kayako for live support and this was working fine till I had to rebuild the server. Let me know if there is a fix or a setting I have to change in order to get this working. Thanks

I am going to recommend you upgrade to http://hotfix.kayako.com/download/lr....61-STABLE.exe for the WinApp and the latest version of the core PHP software. This was fixed a long while back if I remember.

I was referring to your help desk core version (shown on the /staff/ and /admin/ login page).

yep, I have the latest stable build.
Product: LiveResponse
Version: 3.50.06
Build Type: STABLE
Build Date: 23 Mar 2009 10:58:32 PM

I do have a question. My license key is onlinechat.domain.com but the URL we use is actually onlinchat.domain.com/kayako would that make a difference?

No, the folder on the domain wouldn't matter. Do you have mod_security installed? That is known to cause visitors to not appear: https://support.kayako.com/index.php...barticleid=241

Ryan, thanks for the reply. I dont have an Apache server I use IIS. I been with your support team for two days and still cannot figure it out. I use live support on my intranet and not as an external chat. Not sure what else to try.
