Missing Visitors window

I'm attempting to reproduce an issue where the list of visitors is missing. The information window appears below but the list of visitors is missing. Kayako said it was a Flash thing and to uninstall / reinstall but that didn't resolve the problem. Any ideas?

Are you using the latest version of Kayako WinApp and SupportSuite/LiveResponse?

Interesting. It doesn't have anything to do with flash.

Can you recall who told you this or what the ID of the ticket was? I think there has been some misunderstanding here.
