| Multiple helpdesks with LiveResponse client - UI poll / suggestions -

One of the features we're thinking about implementing in the new v4 WinApp is support for multiple helpdesks using one instance of the application. However, we're not sure about what kind of UI the users would prefer. Keeping multiple connections with multiple staff and multiple chats might be a bit of a hassle.
Here's what we've come up with so far:
1.) Keep it separate and only support one helpdesk per instance of the program, so that you have to start two separate LiveResponse clients in order to use both.
2.) Tabs for the entire user interface - one tab for helpdesk.whatever.com, another tab for helpdesk.somethingelse.com. Under these tabs you'd have displays for everything normal
3.) A sort of task "switcher" where clicking on a tab or button would switch all of the open views to reflect the corresponding help desk.
4.) Multiple top-level windows (the main application window) for each help desk. This would be like having multiple instances, but instead the windows would reside in the same program and could be managed together.
