New install - cannot see Client chat msg - 02-11-2006, 03:20 PM

I just did a new install of Live Response. The client can request the chat and when I accept it using winapp, the Client can see what I am typing but I cannot see what he/she is typing. I never get any incoming messages on the chat.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to check for on my install or network?

IE 6 Browsers
XP sp2 workstations with winapp
