I downloaded and installed latest Kayako_WinApp-STABLE-3.1.1.24.exe and rebooted my new PC running Vista. I did the same for InstaAlert. I get this error when I try to run either one: The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. (C:\Program Files\Kayako|LiveResponse\LiveResponse.exe) How to fix? |

FIXED! I reinstalled into user/documents/program files. All ok now. Can't install into default location. It must be browsed to........ |

weird mine installed into default location and works perfectly fine I run Windows Vista Ultimate on one PC and Windows Vista Business on another. Digital Mayhem, Inc.
