No Vistitors showing in Monitor

This started yesterday ...

There is nothing showing in the monitor pane.

In the event log I see people, but not in the window. Chats can still be initiated.

I'm using the stable version of Support Suite (3.20.02), and version 3.1.1.61 of LiveResponse.

I seem to have fixed it myself ... doing a complete restart of the server.
