Exclamation not able to get it to work - 18-01-2008, 01:46 PM

HI all,

Ive just installed the Live support system and downloaded the latest buid of this, ive logged in and done everything which was described to me but im getting the same error when i go on the drop down to online..

if anyone can help on this please....

That Inweb Networks is showing the following URL :-

http://www.yourdomain.co.uk/
Obviously that is not correct. Go Tools -> Options -> Click on the account in question, click Edit and change the SupportSuite URL.

okay ive changed it to where our support suite is installed

ive installed it to *snipped*

now ive changed the url in the live response and im still getting the same error......

And the username and password you are using works when you go to http://www.handtec.co.uk/support/staff/ ? Remember, these are case sensitive.

yeh got it working i was using an admin login...

ive now used a staff login and that worked fine..
