Not being able to send messages to chatter - 29-08-2007, 02:58 AM

When i accept a chat, it doesn't say YOUR CHATTING WITH.... its not recognizing I accepted.

Thus prevented me from chatting.

I started a support ticket, they said to disable Mod_Security, which I did.

It's disabled on my domain, my host did it them selves. And the issue persists.

Has anyone else had this problem, or know how to fix it?

Try adding "SecFilterEngine Off" to your .htaccess for the root dir of Kayako too. If that doesn't work, reply to the support ticket and they will be able to investigate further.

I was wondering if there was any progress on this thread. We are having a similar situation and we made sure that mod security was disabled.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Best idea would be to submit a ticket as Jamie is way until next week (http://members.kayako.net -> "Get Support").
