Operation timeout in the new WinApp latest beta. Each time a visitor initiates a chat, and the operator sends a message, the following error popups UP "Cannot send message". and the Event Log has the following: Quote:

WireNine; Are you using the latest BETS/CVS build of Support Suite in conjunction with the latest LiveResponse build? |

Operation timeout errors are caused by either a bad route between you and the server, or unusually bad latency somewhere on the network. -------------------------------------------------------------------
