Operator Chat Error - 25-10-2007, 04:05 PM

How can you prioritize which online staff memebers receives a chat request. (order/priority of staff)?

Also, When I do a proactive chat, if the visitor accepts it, it always goes to the other staff member, and not me who initiated the request.

How can this be?
