I am amazed at what I am discovering about my web traffic by using the LiveResponse tool. How do I see all the past visitor logs ? The website traffic data gathered by the Monitor Panel is very useful. Unfortunately I only see details if a visitor is live and present on the website. Hi pamphile, The tracking in the LiveResponse tool provides live visitor information - it does not record or cross-reference visitor data histories. This is something we may consider adding in the future, but in the mean time I recommend a free utility such as Google Analytics. -------------------------------------------------------------------

I don't, Google knowing your browsing habits is a bit of a worry! Any other company would be fine! lol Mint statistics is the best -> http://www.haveamint.com Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Google reserve the right to monitor browsing trends - but they cannot use data that uniquely identifies users. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Stats like Google Analytics might be nice, but that's not really needed for me. It would be nice if LiveResponse could save page traffic. I don't need elaborate statistics. Just a backlog of exactly what we already see. Escpecially the traffic that visit specific target pages. I would love to log the refferals who send visits to the Primary and Secondary target pages. Another reason, I want to avoid Google is javascript/plugin overload. I don't want to slow down the pages. Just my opinion. Can Livesupport accept custom made module ? I know this isn't a web application, but it's worth trying ![]() WritingSchedule.com - Find writers and order specific content for your website |

Hi pamphile, You can build your own modules on top of SWIFT - LiveResponse is a web application; all the desktop application does it interface you to the data collected by it, but this is a fairly complicated task. It is likely we will include some reports for visitor monitoring in V4, do stay tuned. Quote:

I would like to see Kayako proving the source to the winapp as well to be honest for Owned licence holders to allow them to modify further... Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

I don't think that is a very realistic proposal... -------------------------------------------------------------------

Providing the source to PHP code is completely different to opening up the source of our desktop applications - they are of a completely different nature (in terms of support, desk, extendibility and so on). -------------------------------------------------------------------

Well in which case you can just say you don't support at all any modded windows applications. That sorts the problem... Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Craig, I am not sure how any developers you have managed to convince to open up the code to their applications - I am also not sure how better to say it; there are some things we want to keep private. You simply cannot compare that nature of PHP software to desktop application software in this way, there are too many reasons for this to go into. -------------------------------------------------------------------
