Predefined Replies Not Working

I recently upgraded to 3.20.02. Predefined replies are not, and have never been working for us in the Winapp.

I see this in my error_log:

How do I fix this?

This is the code from the file, with line numbers:

Hi there,

Are your files and cache directories writeable (CHMOD 777 or equivalent)?

Predefined Replies, Knowledgebase and Downloads menus on post reply page have stopped working on my WinApp since upgrading to 3.20.02. Is this a bug in the latest release?

Predefined Replies are not working through Internet explorer web access either.

Nevermind. I figured it out. It was the cache in Firefox...

To confirm, did you clear your Firefox cache to resolve the problem?

Yes. Ctrl + F5 did the trick

OK, I am having the same issue on IE7 or firefox. Tried to clear my cache but still nothing.

EDIT: This is for the main support site and not the winapp.

I cannot get predefined replies to work on your demo site either. Clearing browser cache has not helped. No error message, but nothing happens at all when clicking the option to add a predefined reply to a ticket reply.
