I suggest you create your own personal free trial (Help Desk Software, Customer Service Software, Customer Support Software) while we look into the issue

Angry Same Issue whit de Replies - 23-05-2008, 04:06 PM

Has this been solved? My replies are not working either.

I am on the latest stable release 3.20.02 whit Esupport

I try tu purge de cache in firefox and IE7 but notting happen.

This wasn't working for me with the demo on Kayako's web site, but works fine on my trial on Kayako's site and on the version I installed myself on my own server.
