I created a couple of predefined replies for our support team, however every time a support member replying a support ticket and click on predefined replies they get this error message: Line: 1638 Char: 14115 Error: 'this._9.0._7' is null or not an object Code: 0 URL: http://www.xxx.com/staff/index.php?_...departmentid=6 Is there a way I can fix that? |
