Hi, we have recently installed the tool at our office. We are based in bangkok which is GMT + 6 (I think) which is fine when we register a ticket as it picks up bangkok time. however when we go to the reporting page, all reporting times are reported in GMT times. is there any changes we can make to change this to reflect bangkok time as otherwise the reports are worthless. Thanks |
