Go Admin CP -> Staff -> Manage Staff -> Click "Edit" to the right of the staff member you are logging in with. If "Use Group Departments" is set to "No", check if one of the Live Support department is highlighted in the box below. If it is set to "Yes", make a note of the Group the user is in then go "Manage Groups" and click "Edit" to the right of the group the user is in. Check "Assigned Departments" to see if the group is assigned to one of the live help groups. Offline messages can be answered at Staff CP -> Live Support -> Messages -> New Messages.
