| Request Chat - Wrong Department -

Our new site just went LIVE and when testing both REQUEST Chat and FORCED chat today, the program is defaulting to a Department that is not even a Live Chat department.
I have set up these departments:
General Support
Sales Support
Tech Support
Wholesale Account Support
Affiliate Support
ALL "except" Affiliates have both Ticket and LiveResponse departments.
But, when a user accepts the chat it defaults to the "Affiliate Department" in the chat window, and I see nowhere change this.
Any suggestions? |
