Satellite Internet - LiveResponse logs me out

I can't seem to stay connected more than 5 minutes. LiveResponse logs me out. I don't get any kind of warning or message. I can even be in a chat conversation and I get logged out and I have to manually sign back in.

I assume this is related to my Satellite internet connection, which can peak to around 5000ms. Is there any way to increase the 'timeout' of LiveResponse due to increased latency?
