sending chat contents to chatter - 17-06-2008, 03:29 AM

Hi guys sorry my brain is dead

when I want to send the chat contents I see some thing like these

what is that?
actually I have a few more

How am I going to send chat contents to my users

Look

I am chatting with some one. He asks me to send him a copy of the chat
I click on Email Icon to send him

a new box opens with some numbers
Please see the attachment new_pa1.gif

in the box there are other emails please see the attachment new_pa2.gif

I choose just the same option and submit it says the email has been sent
please see the attachment new_pa3.gif

but he never receives any email.

Are you using any language pack for the WinApp? Have you tried this on another computer using the default WinApp package provided by Kayako? If yes, do you come across the same issue?

Any word on this bug? - 25-07-2008, 01:01 PM

We are having the same problems trying to email a chat transcript to clients. One half of the conversation comes through as garbage.

Has there been any resolution to this issue?

It's holding up our launch for Live Support.

This bug has been fixed; the fix will be in the next release.

Thanks Roger. This product will be replacing an existing software package that can email transcripts, so our leadership will not let us deploy it without that functionality.

This might be outside of anything you can answer, but is there an expected date for the next release?

We were having this same exact problem. On Friday we upgraded to the latest release of SupportSuite (3.30.02) and I find that we are still having this problem. Any one else having this problem, or know what could be causing it? At one point this worked fine for us...

Can someone take a look at the ticket I have open for this issue (Support #FLC-531864)? I've mostly gotten very little response from support and I've been sending emails every couple days for the last 2-3 weeks. Just some acknowledgment even that this problem is being looked in to would be nice.

We have the latest release installed and are still having this issue. We are able to work around it now, but can someone confirm that they believe this issue has been corrected?
