When you say latest version, are you talking about the one listed at the top of Kayako Software Downloads ?

Yes - that is the version we are using and still getting this problem. Like Kzoolou said, it can be worked around by typing in the email, but it's still not ideal and not working as intended.

3.40.01 STABLE still has that issue.

We type in manually the desired email address but it should be better.
