Session has expired message 30 secs after logging in

My live response will not login, gives me session expired message. I exit the app and re-open it and same thing. Has not worked all day.

Event log says the following:

I ran the latest LiveResponse_3.1.1.61-STABLE it hung on the VSSH.dll but I chose Ignore. I have 3 workstations and all are giving this message.

What version of the core PHP software are you running (found by going to the staff or admin login pages)?

Looks like 3.04.10, I got that from the login page.

I suggest you upgrade your core php software. That is a very old version and you are using a much newer version of the windows application with this.

Upgraded the Core to 3.20. Still having problems, Think it might be conflicting with the PHP version of other software on the server?
