(split) Desktop application - two pages loaded by same IP = two visitors

With latest builds my support suite started to show more contacts with the same ip address on monitor panel (!). So if an ip address opens 2 pages , support suite is showing me 2 visitors while it should be 1

And another problem , the country flag is working , however
on country column I have only "NULL".

These 2 problems started installing latest builds.

I think you have posted this in the wrong thread. The multiple people on the same IP bug is fixed as far as I am aware.

Country shows NULL because your IP is not in the IP2Country database. You need to wait until they release an update so Kayako can add the update in.
