Is there any progress on this as yet, or a generic App that works on Linux and OS X / etc ? (I heard rumours 18 months ago that an AJAX version was imminent, but it seems that was just vapour_

We really need to find a support suite that supports OS X natively ...

hey, I had two Kayako licenses, but the lack of Mac OS support made me cancel them (they were leased). I ended up going with Activalive.com

I hope this serves as a message to kayako!, we want a MAC CLIENT!

We just done a bit of packet sniffing when we turned compression off to get it to work. Having a document would of made it easier tho. Maybe I'll get the developer to document it so others can make use of it.
