I just upgraded to 3.20.02 STABLE SupportSuite and installed 3.1.1.61 STABLE LiveResponse windows client on XP. When a user clicks on the live chat icon, they are able to enter their info and they get the "Please wait, an operator will be with you shortly." message. I see the chat request on the LiveResponse win app and respond, but the user never sees a response. Sound like a config issue, or should I report this as a bug? -- Joe |
